Matcha


In my store, many people buy the high-quality matcha in this season.
Because a few days of a new year are the special season for Japanese people.
So people would like to splurge on food or drink.
I'll give some explanation about matcha.
All Matcha may be enjoyed as "thin tea", Usucha. However, only the highest quality teas are suitable for the preparation of "thick tea", Koicha, since these are less astringent than the lower grades.
Koicha is rich, has an intense colour and sweet and aromatic finish.
Please try to drink "Koicha".
